Schedule a visit from our Home Energy Squad to help identify areas of your home that could use some simple energy-saving upgrades.
More on the Squad:
- Available only for CenterPoint Energy and Xcel Energy customers
- Eligible customers can schedule an energy assessment: the Energy Saver Visit, for homes built in or after 2000, and the Energy Planner Visit, for homes built before 2000.
- Experts will provide a personalized saving plan for your home and install energy-saving items at no extra cost.
- We'll pay for the materials and installation labor; customers only pay the trip charge.
- Free Energy Saver visits are available to income-qualified customers. Visit the program website for more details.

You can still make bigger upgrades around your home where you could qualify for at LEAST 50% of those costs covered: new insulation, repairing or replacing your heating system, replacing your natural gas water heater and more!

Multi-Family Building Efficiency
Rewarding incentives begin with a free full-service energy efficiency audit.
Get rewarded for investing in energy improvements and reducing your gas and electric consumption. Qualified energy experts will conduct an audit of your entire building, including resident units and common areas, and will make suggestions on how to make it more energy efficient.
Earn rebates on qualifying energy equipment offered through Xcel Energy or CenterPoint Energy.
